The Old Town is one of the main touristic attractions of the city, as well as in the other European cities. Its narrow alleys and old buildings transport you to the past. Sometimes you may find yourself with some very peculiar characters, representing ancient monks or knights.
Within this area, there are many options for restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shops, souvenir shops and bakeries.
There are many activities according to the different seasons during the year. For example, during Summer, there are musical interpretations and concerts in the Main Square. Moreover, the Main Square features the monument of the Warsaw Mermaid, symbol of the city.
When Winter comes, the area is transformed to a Christmas Market with an ice skating rink in the center. The Market offers a variety of food and warm beverages to assimilate, even if a little bit, the cold weather 😉
